Meet the Chefs

Chef Robin Kurss

is the former pastry chef from the famous French restaurant Rue Franklin. Robin brings her culinary experience to Webster’s Kitchen as she shares her expertise in making some of the restaurants delicious desserts.

Chef Marti (Martha) Marrano 

is a third generation chocolatier. She grew up learning the family business of candy making and operating an ice cream parlor through Elizabeth’s Candies. In 2015, she launched a home catering business, Marti’s Catering Service, where she provides catered fare for up to 200 guests for local businesses and organizations.

Chef Debbie Clark

is the former owner of Delish Cooking School and Pastry Shop on Elmwood Avenue. She is currently teaching Culinary Arts, Baking and Culinary Medicine at SUNY Erie and is teaching culinary classes at the YWCA in Lockport for unemployed individuals looking to gain the skills for an entry-level position in a restaurant or bakery.

Chef Gabrielle Thomas

received her degree from The Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, NY. With many years of experience gained in Tucson, Arizona as the Sous Chef at the Flying V, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Sous Chef at the PY Steakhouse, Casino Del Sol Resort and the Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain, Arizona, Chef Gabrielle Thomas brings a seasoned blend of skills to Webster’s Kitchen.
